I will provide you with the tools, strategies, and insights to help you unlock your potential and move closer to your goals. 

 However, it’s important to note that while I will give you my all, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as a promotion, a new job, or other external achievements. Success depends on many factors, including your efforts, choices, and circumstances beyond our control. 

 My goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to navigate your journey with clarity and purpose, ensuring that you are well-prepared to seize opportunities and tackle challenges along the way. Together, we’ll focus on your growth and transformation. 

 

Policies & Guidelines

I value the time and effort both you and I invest in your coaching experience. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect for our time.

 Payment Policy

  • Full Payment Due at Booking:
    Full payment for single sessions or packages is required at the time of booking. This guarantees your spot and confirms your commitment to the coaching process.

  • For packages, payment covers all scheduled sessions and secures your place within the specified timeframe as outlined in these policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before 72 Hours:

    If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule your session at your convenience, subject to availability, or receive a full refund.

  • Cancellation Between 72 and 24 Hours:

    If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will not receive a refund, but you may reschedule within 90 days, using the credit for the missed session.

  • No-Show:

    If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a "no-show"), the session will be forfeited.

    No refunds or rescheduling credits will be provided for missed sessions in a single session or package.

    To book another session after a no-show, you will need to schedule a new session and pay in full at the time of booking, following the same policies outlined here.

Rescheduling Policy

  • For Single Sessions:

    If you cancel and are eligible for a session credit for a reschedule based on the Cancellation Policy, you must reschedule within 90 days of the originally scheduled session. If the session is not rescheduled within this timeframe, the session credit will be forfeited.

  • For Package Series:

Once the package sessions have begun, you may reschedule individual sessions as needed within the package timeframe:

Resume Build & Interview Prep Package: All sessions must be completed within 12 months of the first session.

Wonder Spark Packages (3 one-hour sessions): All sessions must be completed within 60 days of the first session.

Wonder Path Packages (5 one-hour sessions): All sessions must be completed within 4 months of the first session.

If you fail to attend a session within your package without prior notice (a "no-show"), that session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling credit will be provided for the missed session.

Remaining sessions in the package are still eligible for rescheduling, provided they adhere to the package timeframe and the Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

  • Single Sessions:

    Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Once the session has begun, no refunds will be issued.

    Package Sessions:

    Refunds will not be issued once the package begins. All sessions in the package must be completed within the specified timeframe, as outlined in the Rescheduling Policy.
